Who are we? The ChemE Car Team fills a crucial void in Cal engineering education applicability. Every year a chemical reaction driven vehicle is designed and built to partake in both regional and national AIChE competitions. Knowledge learned in the classroom is physically applied to real systems, as we attempt to model and control our vehicles. From fluid mechanics to chemical kinetics to merely common sense of application, a wide array of skills is utilized to develop success.
